60 min assessment of your injury. Please book this appointment for your first appointment. An assessment includes an evaluation of your injury, where we will create a plan for your recovery based on your goals and time permitting mini treatment.

Assessment

60  treatment. Focused treatment combining all the results of your assessment. Tools will be used such as massage, stretching and functional movement exercises We will put a plan into action.

30 min treatment. Focused treatment combining all the results of your assessment. Tools will be used such as massage, stretching and functional movement exercises We will put a plan into action.

15 - 20 min manual to help with recovery for tight muscles

Recovery Session/ Stretch

One on one training sessions. Exercises based treatments that are ideal for those with previous injuries as we will combine your movement goals with rehabilitation.


goals may be to return to activity safely or just get started on your activity journey following a extended break.

Reconditioning individual
